Amanda developed her unique approach through years of research and specialized study in the benefits of play and the outdoors. She observed a sense of renewal, grounding, and transformation in herself and others from being in nature, which is why she was inspired to pursue her degrees and open Fundamental Growth.
Amanda recognized the need for customized therapy sessions that incorporated play, movement, and the outdoors to accelerate and enhance the benefits of traditional talk therapy for a wide range of issues. She’s passionate about helping people, especially those who have felt that traditional therapy did not work well for them.
