Adult DBT Skills Group:

Ongoing but with specific enrollment periods. Tuesdays in Bel Air from 6:00pm - 7:30pm. Therapy group to assist adults in better managing behavioral, emotional, cognitive, and relational instability through skill development in the areas of mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. The Sunrise Sessions: 

Donation-based mindful hiking at sunrise in Griffith Park. Sunrise sessions provide a way to energize and focus yourself as you begin your day. This is not a therapy group but rather an opportunity to practice mindfulness using Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) exercises and connect with nature, yourself, and other group members. The group will begin with a brief introduction followed by approximately 40 minutes of mindful hiking and 10-15 minutes of mindful reflection post hike. Register to obtain specific location and meeting time.
